Wider knowlage in fleet industry

At Avis i've learn yo work with various people, who works in different department of government and communication skills as some customers are not in the same level as me.

Pros: Had a wider knowladge in fleet industry
Cons: sometimes to deal with difficult clients

I like to work at Phakisa but sometimes you need to move for growth and to have more experience

Working at Phakisaworld gave me oppotunity to have a wider view in a fleet industry. To work at Phakisa gave me a wider knowladge in working hand in hand with certain department in government department, Challenges in fleet industry is to make customer or clients happy and supply them with what they want or require and at a specified time. What I enjoy most is working hand in hand with colligues cause we cover each other meaning helping each other when a customer or a client need something urgently and at that moment you have nothing to offer but you co-worker has a better option to offer the client.

Pros: Its a large componey and has many department
Cons: Only when its needed to work longer hours
