I work avkhom hotel as a bookkeepper and receptionist

I work at avkho hotel as a bookkeeper and receptionist i work day and night because is a hotel duty my relationship with co workers was good and perfect we love each othe and respect 1 another what i have leant is we have to respect customers and they are all always right and i enjoy doing.my job to the best level so my employer will say u did well Tshilamatanda and the challange i face is we have to work even on saturday,sunday and on holiday cristmass and new years day because is hotel duty.

Excellent learning

My relationship with co-owner was great. I learn how to handle a problem if one of our customer complaints,if customer want to help firstly i have to great her/him then give them a menu and leave them a little time. Have a good communication and smile with customers I enjoy the position I was working.

Pros: Waitres .
Cons: 10 hour
