everyday at work is min d growing where you get opportunity to resolve issue and relationship with co-worker is a challenge where one gets to experience different cultural backgrounds and have to find a way to communicate with each other in a manner of respect

Pros: you get opportunity in learning new deviation and standards related to work line, you get to attend workshop including awareness campaigns
Cons: there are no overtime pays and no leaves

Working as an MV and LV line construction working as a team Going to different provinces to supply for an electricity overtme because of emergencies Opportunities to go to school
