Phenomenal learning curve

I have 5 months experience working for Avon-Justine as a Junior Financial Analyst. This role is to analyse results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management. Whist assisting and implementing the process of Commission payments of Sales leaders within the business, thus dealing with direct queries with leaders adhering to payments. I have learned adhere to attention to compose of excellent written and verbal communicational skills. Furthermore meet deadlines and work under pressure. I have a great relationship with my co-workers as we are patient and compassionate towards each other and are very professional. I enjoy working under pressure as it enhances my thinking capacity and allows me to think beyond my capacity. The most challenging aspects are the limitations of growth within the company.

Good learning curve

a lot of driving and training, no relationship with co workers and I have learned its a lonely job. I enjoy that I can at least work flexible hours and the most challenging is people driving and non stop working

Taking initiative

What I like about my company is that it helps a lot especially women in making themselves feel and look beautiful. The relationship I have with co-workers is good as we spend most of the time together and we always do it for HER as we working for company for women.Ive learned that it is not always about me but the next person more especially with the company I work for,we need to put HER first and feel proud about helping someone. Challenging espects is hen you want to help but sometimes company policies holds you back as this is someone's bread and butter.

Cons: always working overtime most month ends
