Wonderful job experience
Avon is a very hands on job, being a sales leader keeps me active and on the go. Always keeping in touch with my team and doing follow ups on a daily basis. My team has me on standby and relies a lot on my assistance. Through this experience I've learnt how to meet targets and work under pressure but most of all how to communicate and build customer relationships.

Great exposure to business and in dealing with different people.
I have learn on how to win people's interest, know what people around me mostly prefer also improving my communication skills ( expressing myself and also listening to other people's views). I have gained more confidence in the process of approaching people everyday.

Good opportunity
Reaching asales target ,recruiting people to join avon. Distribute a broucher to everyone to see what's on special and what they will like to order then explain the good and outcomes of a product .placing order

Great acknowledgement of people skills and target orientation.
Its incredibly rewarding to meet your target sooner than anticipated, I have great fun working in this industry because its all the products that make you feel good and taken care off. I have learned that working under pressure helps to stimulate your thinking process and that this kind of occupation is stimulating in more ways than one. I made some good friendships through out my time working here, we woman know how to stand strong and together through difficult times. Overall its pleasant to work for this company.

I've leant a lot about how to deal with people
I know how to treat customer and all the time as a salesperson is must to put a smile on customer's face. As a salesperson you must that know that customer is always right and you have to develop every skill to overcome customer objections.

Excellent learning experience
The company is based on sales, I would like to work in Biomedical technology based on the studying I have done. I would like to get into a more permanent position at the moment

Excellent learning curve
My typical work day awesome. I get to login in all my systems that i use which i learned in the company. I get to learn a new skill every month and get to challenge myself more. My daily duty is capture information which we receive from the customers to our system. Depending on the workload that's there I do welcome calls and assist customers in there accounts. Then when it comes to my relationship with my co-workers, we are more like family, we share and make jokes about each other and laugh a lot. I learned to be more professional and mature in terms of decision making, i learn to work with people and handle matters in more ethical. I enjoy typing and listening to music and playing sport. when comes to challenges, I had challenges when i had to learn to do calls, but more i'm more confident because i learned to speak with people.
