I am no longer employed with Awesome Care as from end Oct 16. I am looking for better opportunity

I am passionate about beauty and business. I am target driven and that is what I work my day around. Planning my month and time in each store. Training and coaching the ladies. Motivating them by communicating sales targets and performance. Communicating with store management in stock levels and promotions. My biggest challenge is getting the ladies to focus on a small brand when they have huge brands that they can sell quicker. The two major retailers ..are stockists and they are awesome to deal with but space restraints are a challenge.

Excellent experience with different retailers on Sales manager level

My current job involved self management where I compleyed my own schedules as to which store I would be visiting and when. Coached, motivated and performance managed staff. Extensive travel in Jhb and Kzn. Fun and challenging with diverse aspects of the job function from cleaning shelves to managing budgets etc. Carefully analised reports on stock and sales. Action plans to increase sales
