Here you learn to communicate with a big group of people from different backgrounds. You repair everything that is broken and by doing so u learn a lot . I enjoy working with my hands and in the food industry I am sure that you will never know everything and that is what makes it challenging at the end of the day as every day brings new opportunity's to grow and learn

Pros: Good group of people
Cons: doing long hours of standby without compensation but we all work together to help make life easier

Above average although I must say you can be placed under a lot of pressure

Working for Awesome Snacki was exposed to a lot of things which enabled me to grow in the industry s was gthe staff were very good at assisting and working as a team allowed us to accomplish tasks set outreat

Pros: You have the ability to grow
Cons: The long hours and bad weather made it difficult for one to get work done
