Excellent learning curve
The most challenging aspect of my job now is setting up PC’s for new employees. Installing all the company programmes, I work for a big company so there are always people to talk to. Someone always has a different problem and when I can assist someone with a problem I haven’t dealt with before it is exciting. My department is particularly small, with only 4 people working in IT. We all get on very well and I enjoy their company. My day consists of assigning tickets to my colleagues, creating and receipting orders on Syspro, sending invoices to the Finance department for payment, and general administration duties
Pros: Learning new programme such Syspro
Cons: Working an hour away from home

Evolving Field
The medical field evolves continuously and therefore is a very stimulating environment. This therefore calls for continuous training and assessment. My current position demands customer interaction and after sales care. Continuous market research is required to stay abreast if competitors. Weekly report writing to superiors is compulsory Forecasting of sales and understanding budgets and how to meet budgets is quite critical Overall, the department is run as a business centre taking into consideration all cost centres The challenge is yo convince the client that your product is superior to the opposition without discrediting the opposition. A lot of respect is gained and maintained and I thoroughly enjoy this
Pros: Earning potential is incredible due to commission structure
Cons: Company is not consistent in commission structure

Excellence learning curve
A typical day at work will start off with me start sorting out whatever documents that needs to be sorted out than scan and index them onto our system I continue doing it until the end of the day. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, as we treat eachother with dignityand respect we share most of our life happening with eachother. Everyday to me is a learning process most importantly I have learned that in a working environment one always has to consider other people as much as u consider yourselfI have also learned that each day comes with its ups and downs even though some days may be smooth the next day will either be good or bad. I enjoy working with different people from different cultures because I learn from everyone . The most challenging aspect of my job is having to deal with rude co workers from other departments.
Pros: A friendly yet busy environment
Cons: Long hours of working on a computer

My workmanship
A typical work day for me starts with organising my work environment for any task at hand. Most of my work consist of quality checks, the middle man between clients and Radiotion boards.(as i work with X-Ray Machinery) 2nd repairs and maintenance. Relationship with co-workers are always positive always there to assist one another great communication. Ive learnt how to apply myself 100% to any task whether it be repairs or maintenance using my skills ive learnt during my time of study with more precision and as close to perfect as i possibly can. Also learnt how to better communicate at any level. What i mostly enjoy @ my workplace is troubleshooting machinery always love the challenge of seeimg something up amd running knowing the state it was in before. The most challenging aspect of my job is never being home in regards to always travelling around the eastern cape living from a bag week to week when having a family to look after not always being able to be there when i am needed.
Pros: Self Growth
Cons: Being away from home almost every week
