Excellent learning curve

team meeting forcast of deals coming or deals closed, upfating of quotes and follow up calls, we have a minimum of 15 calls to make to our client a day per sales agent, we all work together to reach a common goal which is to sell and reach our tagert market each individual is required to meet deadlines and make sales of 15 -20 deals a month for software and hardware , theres is always training given to build more knowledge of the produt we sell so its an excellent learning curve the experience gained can never be forfeited, what drives the business is the relationships we build with our customers and the events we host are most enjoyable because if you not an outbound agent you get to interact with your clients and that secures trust ,what is most challengingis setting a forecast and not meeting it but there in the organisation we have great team leader , managers who always le us know that for every downside there is an upside meaning we can always turn a negative to a positive

A day in the corporate world of Axizworkgroup

Axizworkgroup is company full of life people here treat each other with the outmost respect and respect each others work,work starts at 8 and knock off at 5 we have something called community hour once a month this is a meeting for all staff to attend to find out the company perfomance thus far we also get to meet new employees that is the culture that has been built at Axizworkgroup, everyone is a profeesional at what they do the opportunities to learn more are always presented to grow your knowledge about the brand you selling and that makes it more exciting as you get the chance to provide the service that is expected to our clientele

Cons: you do not get what you put in
