Technical Support Agent • Technical Support – assisting clients with connectivity issues. • Fibre configurations and installations. • LTE Support (MTN Fixed LTE and Telkom LTE services). • VOIP setup. • DSL configurations and installations. • Identify and understand customer needs to consistently provide a high-quality service. • Follow clear instructions and guidelines to investigate, resolve and process high volume customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner. • Escalate any queries or complaints to the appropriate channels to ensure they are handled and resolved in a timely manner. • Provide accurate information on products and services to clients to ensure consistency across the organization.

Good work environment

A typical work day for me is assisting clients with their internet queries and helping them to get connected, if I get stuck with a client query, I can always rely on my co-workers for assistance. I've learnt to be more patients with client because not everyone is compute literate and most challenging thing is working shifts.
