Penny wise, pound foolish

Work is often clouded by pressure. Always a busy day with various things to do apart from specific work instructions. Relationship with fellow workers is excellent. Due to the many projects and variety of job activities, developed a variety of skills to manage safety effectively. I enjoy working on site with people and also to do on hand training and development of people. The most challenging of this job is when Management doesn't show the same commitment to safety as expected.

Pros: Great opportunity for self development
Cons: Not sufficient support from management to be effective your job.

Excellent Learning experience

Directors are very adamant about their way of working. A typical day is very tense, not knowing when good work is ever good. Co workers work well together and we all help wherever we can t ensure the job gets going.

Pros: Great opportunity to develop yourself under stressful conditions.
Cons: No appreciation for good work.
