Great opportunity working in a smaller company with many projects

Due to my wife finding new employment in Cape Town, I have no choice but to also relocate. I enjoy working at my current company. We have quite a few big projects and we have been blessed in getting these opportunities in the tough market condition. In the little time being at this organisation, I have grown and learned a great amount.

Pros: Great opportunity for a promotion
Cons: Longer working hours due to the organisation being small

Excellent working curve

wIt is very challenging when I a, supposed to clean, work as to do stationery and grocery list and go to the shops in between my working hours. Arrange meetings and manage the Diaries of the three directorsa r. Submit HR ainformation and double check employees timesheet for payroll purposeseceptionist, compile tenders, assist with payroll information . I

Pros: Growth and knowledge within the industry
Cons: Long working hours with little leave and no overtime
