Great start up into my career, acquired a number of skills and general work ethics
- A great environment for learning because not much has been developed therefore allowing one to create and develop new ideas and implement. - We work with a great number of machines and required to understand their functionality and behavior. - every repair done on machines needs to be captured into the data base, for future analysis and reporting. - I have acquired a skill in operating a maintenance program, scheduling machine maintenance and control a system. - The work relationship is very friendly, but when work commerce everyone is professional - What I enjoy the most is the flexibility to tackle problems and creating system, there is enough room to be objective and innovative. - working in this work place has really developed my professional understanding into business and the urgency.
Pros: Allows creativity and innovation
Cons: Long working hours with no pay

Cooperation and good relationship and work manship
No motivation due to wages, the money is less because you can't manage your expenses. No compliance in safety in the company. No risk assessment to be done. No induction. Its a man for himself. We need cash in order to pay our expenses.
Pros: No opportunities
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve
It is a very big company in the fencing businesses. Grate learning curve for the one only starting in the logistics industry. If you work hard you will get recognized and be promoted The down side is salery wise and the long hours day and night shift but the management is very good and the company is growing with every step the CEO takes.
Pros: Good opportunity for getting promoted
Cons: Long ours

Very unstable working environment.
No contact of employment signed annd given to some employees.Health and Safety non exisant Labour practice very unfair and in some instances xenophobic utterances from some management personal. Working patterns not defined and fixed for some employees. Interpersonal relations are very good. With time spent so far nothing is lefy to learb though I gaine experience in galvanising and wire drawing processes and no challenges exist on work floor.
Pros: A very stable industry
Cons: No personal growth or promotion opportunities except for a defined group of people
