Having to learn afrikaans because the clients were afrikaans speaking
I am responsible for counter sales, telephonical sales, checking expirery days on products and making sure the products are packed on the shelves where clients can reach them. As well as paper work and daily cash ups and banking. Assiting clients with animal health can be very challenging, because the animal that needs medication will not be in front of u, so if u don't get the correct infomation from the client you can end up given wrong medication. You need to have a good relationship with co-workers because to be able to help the clients you need assistance from your co-workers. The most satisfying response is when a client comes back and have trust in you in the well being of their animals.
Pros: When there is a farmers day or conference it's always a good time to promote your products an educate clients.
Cons: We have to be prepared to work saterdays because in farming there is no weekend and our target market is farmers

i am a hard worker team worker motivated and have excellent communication skills can solve problems easily enjoyed doing delivery to the different branches stock taking monthly sending through monthly reports

Cons: did work long hours month end or when doing deliveries and was sometime on stand by when ever was needed
