I am easily able to present on a one-on-one basis as well as to large groups on specific projects that need a high attention to detail with the ability to think quickly and effectively to address points raised in discussion with accuracy. I have supported business leaders with all HR Related concerns such as recruitment, training, succession planning, employee relation involvements and staff retention strategies etc. I have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, the ability to influence decisions and to develop positive relationships both internally and externally. I have a strong command and understanding of business analytics, strategy, execution and principals as well as operational management leading a team or working individually. I have the ability to work with budgets and formulate strategies .I have excellent budgetary control ability and am able to work within the full ambit of the budgets outlined as well as forecast and monitor on an ongoing basis.

Strong Account reconciliation
working closely with the bank on all unknown deposit working as a team in order to achieve a positive outcome I started here not knowing pastel at all but I'm excelling a lot right now, I've benefited a lot, gained more experience on Ms Excel and Pastel the most challenging thing about this job its when you're doing your month end balancing you need to reach the deadline, finish everything on time before the manager can ran his report and make sure that all the entries are accurate
Pros: no promotions in this company
Cons: I normaly work one hour extra in order for me to be able to finish my work on time

Cashbooks for Bluespec holdings
I work for a company with 20 branches doing cash books for 10 of those branch,i have learnt to be accurate and also to work fast. i balance all 10 cashbooks for the branches am responsible for on a daily basis,my relationship with co-workers is great as we not too many so it gets easy go get along with everyone.
Pros: Reporting to the group financial manager gives me an opportunity to be as accurate as i possibly can to keep impressing management and maintaining a good name
Cons: Repetition of similar things monthly limits a chance of personal growth

Opportunity to grow
I am currently in my 8th year of experience with Bluespec. Have grown from an HR Administrator to HR Manager. Have a phenomenal team and look after a staff complement of 1200 employees. rrently
