Great experience
It was a delight for me to work and launch the BMW X3 car. The project was tough, complex and required a lot of discipline and sacrifices. We managed to get everything done because we worked as a team. My typical working day were goal centered with specific targets to achieve. My team grew to trust and rely on each other so much that it was quite difficult to say goodbyes when the project came to an end. We knew everyone's strengths and that maximized our efforts in reaching the project's mile stones efficiently. The most challenging part of project was the participation and involvement of the team on every car built on the production line. We had to work very long hours from start to finish of cars. However what I enjoyed the most was the feeling of accomplishment we would get each time we finished a car and start it for the first time without any re-work being done. I learnt a lot from the project but persistence is what I learned most.
Pros: Great opportunity for career
Cons: Job coming to an end
