Good career growth
i I am highly skilled in providing administrative support to department heads, and managing everyday office tasks, providing secretarial and clerical support so that the operations of an office run smoothly, document control, manage company fleet, maintain office files, coordinate repairs, maintain records, compile roster for shifts. Strong background in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Maximo and eB.i have learnt all these because of this company

Excellent learning curve
As each company is different, I have learned a lot of new operations and skills at Bombela maintenance. I have learned on how rail industry works and the culture of the industry. I have also learned a lot of administration work as our departmental organogram is not that broad, that gives me an opportunity to perform my manager's duties every now and then. I order spares and get to interact with service providers a lot. I also got to manage the apprentices and guide them towards the completion of their trade test.

Excellent
I have worked for the company for a long period, it's a good platforms for a new worker or student, the company compansate a little, and it's a good working environment since it's mostly new employees and it's safe
