Its been a awesome experience
Learnt to draw up a business plan. Learnt to draw up budgets Enjoy the exposure There is constant engagement with internal and external stake holders A work day could be anything from chasing payments and invoices to being in a Game reserve to tasting cake and designing menus. Work environment is exciting, adventurous, fast paced.
Pros: Exposure and great learning curve
Cons: Mostly end up working weekends and after hours
