Opportunity to grow and to experience new challenges
My name is Ntobeko Griffiths Hlabe! I'm a qualified artisan (Diesel mechanic). I've worked for Bp South Africa for 5 years as a mechanic, Barloworld for 2 years as a mechanic and now I'm working for a dealership company called FAW. I also have code 14 driver's license with PrDP.

I have learnt to form relationships with key customers to drive sales and deliver required results.
My current work environment is target driven, continuously updating the marketing team of competitor activities. Doing sales call on a daily basis. Share best practices with team members on what works in each others areas and try to incorporate it in our areas to drive sales. enjoy the most in interacting with different types of people and solving customers complaints. The challenging part is the extensive driving.

Multinational petrochemical organisation which is well represented in sub-saharan African markets
A multinational organisation with good representation across sub saharan Africa. The leaders in terms of automotive lubes across various markets with the Castrol brand of lubricants. Strong marketing strategies in place and enjoyed the integrated relationships between technical, marketing and sales.

Good working environment
Good company which allow employee growth. Training is given for systems and changes are communicated well 8n advance . Management engage with staff frequently and in an excellent way.
