Working at British gas has taught me a lot because it's a very demanding job, it has taught me to be confidant in what I do. I'm able to assist customers confidently which also gives them confidence knowing their issues will be resolved. I learn alot everyday which is why I want to grow in the industry

Start work at 9 come in take calls for 1 hour after that we will be told on the day if we working email cases which are 26 emails a day or letters wich are complaints.
Pros: Upskilled in taking calls emails and letters
Cons: No growth not getting paid for what ive been upskilled on

Set shift hours so can fit around personal life , collegues are generally good to get along with

British Gas WNS February 2017 – Current Duties: I&C department handle the top corporate accounts in the UK. We use the SAP system and provide top class customer service and assistance to corporate accounts. We assist clients with contract details and information. We take payments, provide data to clients and assist with general enquiries. We liaise with our clients via email, telephone and are required to build and maintain relationships with them. Reason for leaving: Current duties are not a challenging to me. I am seeking new challenges within an administrative field and financial improvements.

Cons: Extended working hours Travelling distance
