It is good company but no benefits
I like working for this company but I still believe that if they would rather implement benefits like, provident fund, pension fund car allowance to the assistant manager and above, and create promotion based on the performance of an individual not by colour of your skin, everyone would love to work for such company.
Pros: no opotunity for promotion
Cons: long hours
