Working at Bytes was a good experience because i was able to speak to different kind of clients offering them legal assistance, and it was my first time offering such service so it was a bit of a challenge however i did manage to adapt to the environment. I was able to gel well with the co-workers and that has helped me to do good and learn from them as well also that has made me to enjoy coming to work as i believe in interdependence and challenges are the stepping stone to success.

I am a deticated person with full of energy
I enjoy working, my typical work day 7 days, I am still on training prosess but I am a fast learner, I have learned on how to treat client, good communication skill etc, the most challenging aspects is when dealing with stubborn clients.

Development life cycle (AGILE/SCRUM)
Development is not about writing codes but understanding the business needs and makes client's problems yours in order to speak their language. by so doing so they feel you as part of them rather than looks like an outsider to them. continuos communication to be able to understand their changes which must be catered into the system as bessiness changes always. depending on the type of business activities, users need to be kept informed also at all the time as this might affect the business negatively if not taken serious. in brief stakeholders should be communicated continously to understand their needs.
Pros: Never ignore involvements and communicating with the stakeholders together with development teams involves
Cons: Keep stakeholders and Development team in a cycle at all the times.

LAN configuration and server administration.
A bright, talented and self-motivated man, who has good organisational skills, is highly efficient and has a good eye for detail. Has extensive experience in customer service, analytical techniques and server administration, Able to play a role in analysing problems and generate effective solutions, as well as good decision making. I am quick learner who can absorb new ideas and can communicate clearly and effective.

It's very good company to learn
When I come in here I was a leaner, I've learnt a lot , after I worked alone them they expended the team because I had much to do by my self. We running training, my responsibilities was to set up Workstation for our clients , Microsoft , Oracle and Sage

Excelent learning curve
I work in an environment wherhere is a lot of pressure and we have to meet targets, i enjoy working in a team and building rapport. How to assist subscribers, analysing the problem and solving it. I enjoy helping subscribers with resolving issues that they have regarding their contracts.. making sure that the subscriber doesn't call back for the same problem
