I have a vast knowledge of more than 3 years in a Call Centre environment. I am keen to develop my career in your company and I do appreciate that this being a different environment, there are still lots to be learnt and look forward to the learning opportunities and own set of challenges that come along with the role. I am a fast learner and given the skills and knowledge that already possess.

Good customer service
My responsibilities included resoponding to Technical emails and live chat I worked closely with collection and delivery services a Also, I helped with out bond Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

Very intelligent
I am a friendly person, like to socialise very much, like to learn new stuff everyday, willing to do my duties freely. I have learned if you are working in call center environment you need to be humble and always the rules and the regulation of the working environment. I am enjoying to work under pressure as that proves to me that the is nothing that I can not do.
Pros: I have been assisting to coach/traine new agents
Cons: Yes I am used to work long hours
