it can be buzy all day at work, have good relationship with co-workers and management , i am enjoying reading, cooking , the most challenging is working night shift and weekend

A typical work day would be when i have to apologize to my customers the whole day that our system is offline,i do not like it when i cannot service my customers.my relationship with my colleagues is professional and i believe they would define me as someone who is very helpful,i have learned a lot from my colleagues and my customers more especially when a customer needs help with something that is not work related and when i go extra mile and ask from my colleagues i learn a lot of things.i enjoy delivering the service to my customers, the most challenging aspect of my job is when i cannot give answers to my customers it could be due to system problem e.t.c

Im a quick learner & like challenges

Its a good environment towork in. Theres team work amongst my cholics. Ive learnt to be patient with customers & what i enjoy most is to make sure that the customer is fully assisted. The challenging aspects is the late shifts eg knocking of at midnight.

Laurette's company experience with Bytes Peoples Solutions

I have different shifts which are both at 9hours per day, I work harder in the morning making the rest of the day easier to deal with. I have learnt mostly to be self managing, I love being around my coworkers I've built great relationships with them. The most challenging aspect I have is reaching target when there are no leads given.

Cons: Temporary contract making it difficult to get promotion

Great learnership programs

Open plan office gives you chance to coperate with colleagues and build a good relationship. The most challenging aspect is facing difficult customers although we have supervisors to deal with them at most times.

Excellent learning curve

It's a good place to work at its just unfortunate that interns of promotion or salary increase it doesn't get any better unfortunately it doesn't get better.
