I have learnt to achieve something in life it all starts by believing yourself

When i arrived at C N A it was tough as 2 candidate had applied for the same post. And I was brand new in the company but i told myself as a manager I would have to step it up , not just be a team leader but be part of the team and it worked. Today we work in a peaceful environment everyone looks for the next day at work. And what I have achieved with them I am proud of it.

Pros: I think it is time i changed industries as one needs to grow in life
Cons: I am a person who is first in the office and last out of the office. But at the same time believe that a person that arrives at work at 14:00 pm and leaves at 17:00 pm can also achieve alot at that time phrase it depends on what one wants to achieve
