I loved the fact that, each day is different in the retail industry.

A typical work day is the day of the stock take where,as a manager one needs to make sure that he/she has adequate staff,with proper arrangements of how staff is going to be transported after the count and all the counting equipment is in perfect working order to avoid unnecessary delays to the count which could end up seeing the count cancelled and resulting on extra company charges.

Pros: Contineous learning
Cons: Long working hours and working on holidays

Excellent learning curves

Great staff to work to work withwhere we work as a team. Ie learnedto put the customers needs first and beingit can be hectic when customers repairs are not delivered on time
