Great learning curve

What I enjoy is that almost everyday I learn something new and we get asked technical questions by my boss which always keeps us at our toes and our brains get stimulated. We have a culture of team work and we share information amongst ourselves whenever we find anything new like a solution that was never implemented before which will be usefull for future references whenever another employee will need it.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Long hours

Excellent learning curve

The people around where happy with the outcome of the work and the client as well and even told me that they will speak with my boss to increase my salary for to not leave the company with regard to the produced work on my side
