Good sales experience, not my forte though

As a sales executive my duties are to acquire new clients in the corporate sector and build an excellent rapport with existing clients. I have friendly and easy going demeanour so it is easy for me to work with people and find connections. Through my studies as well as interest in people in general, I have learned to never judge somebody by their appearance and that there is good in everyone. A focus of my degree was positive psychology, which I have carried with me in my personal and professional life, making an effort to bring that out in others around me in order to foster a joyful, efficient and cohesive working environment. I enjoy working on my own as much as I do interacting with others, and most of all enjoy the feeling of accomplishment. What I find most challenging is breaking through some people's negativity and subduing their ill intent or disinterest. We all have our duties to see to and having other people fail to do their part which in turn impacts negatively on me is a daily challenge.

Pros: Great earning potential once a solid portfolio is built up, can structure my own day
Cons: No benefits, nonchalant attitude towards employees from senior staff

Learning curve

Typical day very stressful Good working relationship with co workers I've learned that you have to depend on yourself if you want to get the job done and do it right the first time I enjoy everything about my work The most challenging aspect of my job is i have to do something i have never done before

A day at work

A tya day at work is like running a marathon at the end of the race you are tired i love what i do and the prople i work with are great ive learnt that you must make the most of everything in the corporate world and the things you teach yourself you will never forget most challenging aspects are headlines you are always rushing to meet the deadlinepical day at Doral work dsy
