The company should offer better pay n bonuses

Working at the company is ok nothing special everyone does what is expected of them but I have learned a lot about the real estate agency industry and how it works I don't enjoy much because not much is being done to boost employees morale

Pros: Free WiFi
Cons: Getting our salaries paid in late

Pros: There is daily growth and exposure due to high level of multitasking and exploration of many avenues within the workplace.
Cons: Lack of recognition when one did good or worked hard to meet and exceed expectations.
