Excellent Learning Curve

Usually i push and work long hours so I can be up to date with my work and make sure all is in order and not be behind. Have a lot to do and actually I enjoy a challenge in my life it keeps me going. Have a good relationship with co-workers though sometimes not so great when the job is not done properly or up to standard. Have learnt a lot from dealing with customers, suppliers and staff members to dealing with the unions, much has been achieved. Enjoy so much when when I do my HR job at first I was more into accounting when I diverted to HR , am loving it so much. Most challenging is that when you have to dismiss employees and then having to go to Bargaining Counsel

It's a lovely company though besides long hours and transport is expensive, working well with my staff members, learnt at Mahlasedi where i finished my matric and worked at nandos for 6 years where I gained more experience

Number One Sauces and Spices

My typical work day would start at the factory where we had our My typical work day would start at the factory where we had our morning meeting to sort out the deliveries that will be done for the day. My area is four ways,Midrand,pta and north west. I would be on the road cold calling butchers,spars,p n p etc for the stores to put our sauce and spices on their stores meeting to sort out the deliveries that will be done for the day. Pros: Being on the road
Cons: Our delivery team was not always 100%
