Opportunities of growth within

It is a good working environment for everyone and there are great opportunities for growth within the organization. We have various team activities to create more comfort with each other and understanding towards each other. We are given tasks to improve our quality often and constant training. We get to upskill each other within the team as we are all strong in different areas. There are fun days and really rough ones like when we need to meet a deadline or solve a forseen threat to quality before hand because quality is more important to us than quantity, although we do not separate the two. One of the most important quality we are taught is to judge others as we would judge ourselves. I have learnt to carry myself well at work and to treat my coworkers with respect and know that not everything is about me.

Excellent learning curve

Awesome people, very cultured and stand by values. Business oriented and strong interpersonal skills. Client satisfaction in promoting visions and brands. Friendly co-workers and a very energetic environment.

The company not good company to work for

They pay you lil money and there is much favoritism in the company.there is much up and downs and mostly there are downs in the company.the money which earned at the end of the month is too little and bonuses were given to who is friends with the manager etc .hard work is not noticed

Working with a lot of people

My typical work on a daily basis includes doing assessment and providing feedback .It is a great pleasure to be working with. So many different individuals this educates one on how to work with different people with different personalitiesi have learned to work with different people in the business.The most challenging aspect was having to conduct training session and having to break down a person's wrong doing with consumers.

It an excellent working experience, it is mind development in the mean time

Management is professional, the working environment is lively, however working hours are consuming. The best part about the job is when you give out an advice to the fellow agents to correct their approach when taking calls.

Building a good confidence through customers

Its a call center company. its started since from 2000. its sell so many different policy/ products to our customer. eg ABSA life policy .Absa home loan.Real People Assurance .Mtn. Cell C . Our client they really like our service.
