Stockroom controller to assistance manager
while working at call it spring I was working with a team of employees wich we managed to run a store, each and every day a team members had their duties to do,and if someone lacks we are willing to help, the communication wit stuff and management is realy good,we make sure we have a target for the day,and we always succeeded in reaching it.team members where allowed to speak their views ideas, strategies, problem solving etc.i can say I'm well groomed from the company im coming from.we always had a succession plan on each and every day.that is why I ended up being an assistance manager .and that's when I got more experience in the management field.
Pros: When i was promoted from stockroom to be a assistance manager.
Cons: from 9:00 to 20:00 and still willing to go an extra mile

Good experience I had.
I have learnt a lot with the company . Started off as a casual being a sales after 3 months I was promoted to being a permanent. As I worked so hard I got another promotion appointed to be a stockroom controller/ manager .I enjoyed working with customers ,you would come across different people everyday some would want to ruin your day as I was a person who works with customers I do have to understand and always keep calm at all times . Having to work with my colleagues was fun , we always had each others backs (team work) I have never had a bad experience working with my colleagues.
Pros: There some many great opportunities
Cons: Long working hours (10 hours a day )also depending on the shifts
