Over woorked/under paid

ed I i started off as a call center agent and within 3 months got promoted to team leader and 3 minths later the call center ma ager. I then spread my wi gs futher abroad starting my own department within the company as recruiting and training and before you know the company started rapidly expanding as my training was the key to the growth and succes. What i envy mostly is that all my hard work and dedication saw absolutely no recognition i. The 4 years nor a single cent in a raise. Promises were always made but never fulfilled. I felt i was the heart of the company's success but never recognized of as a. All
