Excellent learning experience
in my current position, I'm involved in the following aspects: daily banking console, managing shrink, staff requisitions, people management,disciplinary of staff, store HR issue. On daily basis work together with the store manager to prepare reports, meetings, make sure company procedures and processes are followed.

Have administration experience,cashier and data capture
i have work as administration clerk in six in a big hospital nseleni i was filling,take minites,makes appointment,transfer in and out for patient capturing their information,i also have two months experience working at S.A statistics i was working on a huge project of government where we were interviewing people for the municipality and govermnt service delivery and capture that information and also work as cashier at cambridge food it been one year now we cash money from customers and give them good service delivery as customer also right we need to make them come back again so my experience on how to work with customer and how to treat them
Pros: you learn a lot as iam a graduate there are oppotunities to not end up being cashier they can take fro being cashier suppervisor,administration manager and also store mananger
Cons: they give more money when you work for long working hours because it an over time

Excellent learning curve
It is a perfect place to work and learn more, you learn a new thing every day from HR perspective that affects the payroll. A very typical day at work so far for me is when a garnishee did not reach the office and the court wants to attach. I am a team worker our strategy is to know what each one is doing so it is easy to fill in when one is absent. I have increased my knowledge, experience and presently I am learning to reconcile payroll. I enjoy meeting deadlines every month and the most challenging aspects of payroll is when tax is not correct year end and all the validations needs to be done with a week.

There are new challenges every time which makes my job more interesting
I'm a self-motivated individual who adapts to new environment and works effectively with and without other team members, i am hard working, dedicated and trustworthy with the ability to work under pressure in a busy diverse environment

Im a self statrter ready to take in new calenges

Learning curve
Not a great career fit for me. The work is not inline with my career goals ,hence i feel th need to align myself with a better fitting job/career path

Good learner
The things that I like at Cambridge food is that I got good experience they teach us lot of thing like how to treat customers, How to deal with customer's when they need something. I learn to work as agroup respect other people. The challenge is when you start you shift with small change instead of 450 maby you end up got 330 this is a big challenge. What I enjoy at my work I enjoy when customer said good thing about me I really enjoy

Day to day admin duties Running the reports for +_1700 labour brokers staff/permanent employees and capture them on the man plan after that sending to payroll to run their payslip Loading new employees on uniclox and perm on VIP Capturing leave on VIP system Dealing with pay queries Assisting employees without maternity,UIF and provident fund forms Assisting manager with uniform Assisting with new starter packs and company policies
Pros: willing to learn more from my superior to up skill my knowledge -wanted to be a manager
