I have learn a lot about working with employees, management and union and building a healthy IR r relationship between all parties. It is a small family run business where employee are under valued but asthatvcan be solved by a strong management team.

Excellent Learning curve

A typical work day consists of me having to attend to queries and flag any thing that is it of place. Done thing that any company should thrive on is respect and if there is respect amoungst colleagues there will be not disputes amoungst colleagues. I have learnt alot from working at Cansmart , from quality control to quality assurance and procurement .. the most challenging aspects of the job is trying to understand the dynamics on how people think and also not having the required support and resources to carry out the specific task at hand

Pros: Great to work here as a first time job
Cons: Long working hours and not properly managed
