Excellent company for growth
I have learnt a lot at capability since it was my first time to work on an international campaign. I have also been given an opportunity to grow as a team lead where i was indirectly motivating the whole floor to place orders for customers and also take manager calls where i had to ensure that customers are happy at the end of each an every interaction i had with them. i am good at what i do and i have a deeper understanding of what customers need and i know my self as an influence that why i always project a positive self esteem and i ensure that i give out a positive energy that will filter throughout the entire call centre. This was a shifted based environment where one had to adapt but each shift was treated differently because each shift had it own challenges which made working there to be exciting because we new that each day had it Matrix so that means we had to outsmart other teams so that we can be come number one in the call centre.
Pros: We had an opportunity to grow and also encourage others to follow suit, exciting rewards that motivated both agents and leaders, gaining experience experience while working on one of the bigggest campaigns in the world

My work environment
A typical day at work consists of long chats with customers who need assistance with their online orders, whether it's shipping issues or needing to return borken goods ordered or cancelled show tockets. We have a close relationship with my co-workers as we are a small company so everyone knows everyone. I have learnt patience as it is one thing definitely required when working with customers, empathy and listening to understand. The most challrnging part of my job is having an unsatisfied customer as you can't help them due to processes and procedures. My favourite parr of my job is having happy and satisfied customers after helping them with all the issues they may have had
Pros: Learning and development available to multi skill agents and better equip them for promotion opportunities
Cons: Shift change every two weeks (day shift and night shift), processes that infuriate the customers and making them rate us bad which affects our CSAT, and CSAT is one of our KPIs

Excellent company that cares for its employees
i can not see my text which makes it very hard to comment I work for a company that cares alot about its people. The company provides transport for late shifts which is really beneficial to employees as it saves money and makes it safe to get to work when working at night or leaving work at night. There is alot of growth within the company and the company also recognises hard workers. The CEO is very present and has an open door policy and is always willing to hear about any concerns. All concerns are taken care of also its in a convenient place central town. The work environment is awesome everyone is supportive there is no toxic competition I could go on to say alot of great things but there are also not so great things about the company one is communication its not the best, changes sometimes change is good and needs to be addressed properly and everything in the company is just done immediately without consideration at times
Pros: Alot of opportunity for growth and there is alot of recognition
Cons: Shifts are late in the day

I am currently happy to do what I like the most when the customer need is meet at the end of the day I feel that I have achieved something especially their satisfaction. Wiring for this position as make me grow even in my real life. I’ve learned a lot and ism keep on learning every day

The greatest challenge would be the constant changes within the work space every week. But it's also an amazing opportunity to allow workers to be able to work well under pressure
