It is overwhelming because they give you a chance to learn by yourself. And the relationship with co-workers is very valuable, we share ideas and combine them, we dont judge anyone's opinion. Rather we fix it and put it to a making sense way. I have leanerd about the importance of team work, and the value of people's concerns, growing as an individual. Enjoyed working with raspberry pi. Its a great experiences that i would like to persue further and teach those arent aware of it. Having to deliver a huge task when the date is almost due. But above from all i can cope on pressure

Excellent learning curve

I am creative and tech-savvy, and I live for creating content that not only reaches a wide audience but sticks with them as well. I am efficient, can meet deadlines, and quickly create content. Using my organizational skills. I have experience with both pitching ideas and taking instruction, and I can seamlessly transition from writing for one platform to another. I am passionate about everything that I do. With a goal to Expand my knowledge, skills and learning, I have a Project of Creating a School Website and learned then Basics of Digital Marketing Online social media strategy.

It was just a training and I'm happy I didn't miss the opportunity

This was my first experience of work. It was not working but training which felt so real and mostly like a job occupation. I was treated fairly like every other student and opportunities were brought up to light. They have given me so much in a short period of time and I'm thankful for that.

Cons: Mostly favours people with diplomas and degrees

Excellent learning

Is one of the best company ever that I worked for because is more gaining knowledge and up-skill and problem solving and finding solution to a problem. My relationship with my coworkers was good and interesting because we were working as team and we were making sure we make the work done in time. What I enjoyed most was that I was learning new things everyday.

Challenging, yet exciting

- A typical work day: always recruiting which intails interviews, admin, steakholder engagement and managing business expectations. - Your relationship with co-workers: amazing relationships consisting of excellent teamwork and knowledgeable individuals. - What you have learnt: certainly how to deal with demanding pressure to meet deadlines. - What you enjoy most: we recruited and offered teach training to SA youth and placing them in jobs, what I enjoy most is making a positive imact in peoples lives. - The most challenging aspects of the job: deadlines was always tight and we have to be clinical in planning and execution to meet them.

Pros: Great exposure to gaining experience
Cons: NPO, business thrive on government funding which caused retrenchment during covid 19

Excellent Learning Curve at capaCiTi

Greetings It is very nice place to gain experience at CapaCiTi and we get along very good with co-workers we are like a family, and we learnt programming languages which are: RPG programming, CL P programming, PHP programming, Sql programming, adding on Java,Android and C# that i learnt at Central University Of Technology. What i enjoyed most is learning Presentation skills because before i came here i was very shy but i cannot tell now, and the most challenging was presentation and self study but not anymore. Excellent experience gained

I work with a very dedicated team, we have completed a lot of projects together without any delays, challenges are our daily activities that keeps us going, I have learnt that complex activities makes one learn, Our seniors are always available to give us directions and also motivate us to achieve our goals

Pros: Great learning curve that promotes one to be on a senior level
Cons: As a software developer, you work for 24 hours

Manager par excellence

I lead a team of 4 facilitators. I manage the overall instructional learning design over an Learner Management System (LMS) platform. Daily I go through content and review it and then convert the content into a format that conforms with instructional design. We then upload the content onto the LMS. The most challenging aspects of the job are the timelines. We do so much and we always have so little time. But its exciting at the same time. We always meet the deadlines.

Challenging and great learning curve

Typical work day is good and flexible. Working as a collaborative in different projects and assisting because we worked as a united team and also getting to know each other more. A learnt to be a fast learner in everything I do and seek help when neeed, working hard to finish my deadlines and working under pressure helps a lot if one can manage their time well. I enjoyed my work and the work culture environment.
