I am a fast learner and enjoy working with people
THE COMPANY I AM WORKING FOR CURRENTLY ITS A GOOD COMPANY , ENVIRONMENTALIST IS NOT SO GOOD YOU MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS I HAVE LEARNT TO STAND ON MY OWN , TO LEARN THE JOB AS FAST AS I CAN , I ENJOY WORKING WITH OR INTERACTING WITH THE CLIENTS OVER THE PHONE

Always will to learn more and open for positive feedback at all times and easy to approach.
Goid relationship with co-workers and always willing to assist. queries that were suppose to be dealt with by other departments is what i find challenging.

It’s a learning curve as the company is also contractor
Challenging part is making sure you deliver daily ,as the call center has a daily target for Service level that is required.It is a fun work place . The nice thing about the work environment is that you learn new things daily as we deal with different customers and different queries

I have grown and learned so much about myself in the role I have been offered.
I have learned everything there is to learn in HR. I work for a small company and there is no such thing as a job description. A few of my duties include the following: payroll, recruitment, employee internal relations, induction, industrial relations (dealing with the unions and salary negotiations), compiling various contract, creating and amending company policies... I believe I have become an invaluable asset.
Pros: I have been fortunate to learn as much as I know about the HR industry
Cons: My salary unfortunately does not match my capabilities or the amount of work I do

Excellent learning curve
I work in a high pressured environment.That requires one to adapt quickly to different personalities being customers or colleges. Working with Capcorp consulting has taught me that these always room for improvement and being honest is the key to the perfect relationship with the people you work with and for.Understand is required not just in what you do but also in other aspects of the company or product that might affect the company and the customer. I have been a coach,interim team leader and an interim supervisor.It is through those exposures that i have learned how each person working is important no matter how small their contributions are ...
