Wonderful learning experience

A typical workday for me currently consist of personal tasks I have to complete for the Founder of the company which include things like queuing at Home Affairs to follow up on his marriage license. Even though I have a great relationship with my co-workers I am not feeling like I am being used to my full potential. I have gained so much knowledge and experience and I feel like all of this is going to waste at the current company. I have learned quite allot from the company and this includes event management at a much bigger scale that what I have been used to as well as learning new and interesting areas like sponsorship and account management. I really enjoy working with everyone in the office and working on such a well known prestiges event. The most challenging part of my job currently is finding motivation to do my best as I am not feeling the appreciation currently.

Pros: Good experience in event management
Cons: Not utilising me to my fullest potential

Wonderful learning experience

i hav learned so much this past year working for the Cape Epic. I have health with sponsors and sponsorships that I have not done before and I have also learned about contract management by working with the Commercial manager on our sponsor contracts. I have mild some wonderful relationships with the staff as well as with our stakeholders and have been able to grow my own professional network.

Pros: Great events you get to work on
Cons: Not allot of growth potential
