Study while you work you pay an amount back and when you pass you get you have alot of learnig experience your noney back management cares about floor staff and alot of decision making depends on imput from staff

Learning curv
I work well under pressure as well as with individuals I want take a while to get use to the adapte to a different environment but once I get use to the routine I make the most of it.I have been in retail for for 8 years but I think its time to Change my options I'm hard working and enjoy new challenges

Quick learner... Adaptable... Able to relocate and travel... Work flexible hours
Working for Cape Gate is really tough due to issues where people spite others and people are closer to management and have things their way. It is a good experience.. Working hours are very long 3 weeks working straight 12 hours or mixed 8 and 12 hours a day for those 3 weeks then 2 days Off and then 3 weeks begins again... I have learnt many machines in quick amount of time and built a name for myself where I am known as an asset to the company. What I enjoy the most is when there is no break downs and machines run as normal as well as when I reach my targets. There is only one challenge for me and that's working 3 weeks with no breaks in between...

Not enough challenge
It is an office hours work, operating forklift, crane and stacker. It is a good environment to grow. There are opportunities but limited if you have bigger ideas in life.
