Cape Peninsula University Reviews

Ample growth path

I am only required to be at work when I have to give classes, consult with students, attend meetings. My days are more relaxed and I am in charge of my work performance. I am able to choose the most suitable productive times. The relationship with colleagues is professional, stimulating and also exciting experience. I have learned a lot from my colleagues who mostly are involved in stimulating and relevant industrial research. The most challenging aspect job is dealing with Students who are not motivated to study, lazy to read as well as who are politically active. We are faced with more disruptions in the workplace due to student's strikes.

Pros: Free to work as you like as long as you deliver. Great access to technology.
Cons: Students's behavoir and crime in the area.

Excellent learning curve

I am very easy to approach go getter competent with myself very motivated and persistant I am a talented, ambitious and hardworking individual, with broad skills and experience in digital and printed marketing, social media and leading projects. Furthermore, I am adept at handling multiple tasks on a daily basis competently and at working well under pressure. A key strength is communication; building strong relationships with people in order to deliver the best results. Recently, I completed an Open degree, including Business and Design modules at the Open University and I am now fully employed by Clearly Presented as a Digital Media Manager.

Pros: Higher position
Cons: Long working hours
