Great learning experience and exposure

The Hotel is not vey busy as my previous Hotel. There isn't too much staff and one specializes in their department. I have learnt to have more attention into small details. Meeting different types of people everyday.

Pros: I learnt a lot about each countries cultures
Cons: Odd working hours.

Great opportunities

It's great working for an established hotel like Cape Royale. You get to meet new people from across the world on a daily basis, it was also a good opportunity for us to upsell certain things within Cape Town that the tourists could see and experienceeat wor
