First of all I can say that I like to work as team, what I like to work as a team because we learn to each different ways of serving a guest or approaching a guest when it enters the restaurant . What difficult to work as waiter it's when you serving a guest that can't communicate with English that's the most difficult part. My relationship with my Colleagues is great because we talk together we do jokes and we help each other when other need help.
