Pros: Opportunity for growth. Financial support for work related studies
Cons: Most clients still few it as a regulator. Most senior positions are filled by old people that are not so creative.

Excellent environment and flexible working hours.

Good global company to work for. It gives exposure to international trade patterns. You can structure your own working hours to suit your own conditions as long as the result are visible.There is some element of pessure experienced while trying to meet the customer needs.

Pros: Working hours suitable for a stable family life.
Cons: Most clients still view it as a regulator. Most senior positions are filled by old people that are not so creative.
