Good working condition
I have a good relationship with my colleagues. We understand each other and respect one another.We work together as a team to achieve our goals as employees. We do team building just to know each other better. I have learnt the importance of meeting the companies needs and exceed. How important it is to build a relationship with your clients in terms of business. Providing excellent service gives reward. Treating other people the same way you would like to be treated. I enjoy helping other people and I am always willing to assist. I am very passionate about customer service. I also enjoy spending time with my colleagues as we share information that assist us to handle things in a better way. The most challenging aspect of this job is when you deal with angry customers because you need to satisfy the client at end of the call,you need to provide solution to the issue at hand. Another challenge is when you receive fraud documents because there is a certain procedure that you need to follow.

Cons: we work minimam hours which is half day most of the time

My aspirations in five years would be to have already have climbed the corporate ladder in the Marketing to be specific so far I have basic knowledge, However in the meanwhile I would like to further my Academic Studies within this two to three year period and I'm willing to do part-time my studies as well so I can get the Honours in Marketing Management.

Wow such a boring company to work for
I am not happy at this place...it is such a boring place to work for there is no fun whatsoever...Management just feels they want to give people warnings for the most stupid things...the people I work with is fine but i dont really talk to anybody at work because im so ocer that place already
Pros: When is quiet at work they send us home at certain times
Cons: Working hours to long, we only get one weekend off in a month, Teamleaders and Management looks down on you because of the role that they play

Good experience
My job at capfin is very challenging at times because you get to deal with difficult customers most of the time and still have to make target by educating the customer about the importance of paying their loans. Capfin also provide a good working environment and the staff is very nice we get along very well. Working at capfin has thought me a lot of things like working in a team and good telephone manners. I love interacting with different people and helping others where I can. The most challenging part of being a collection agent for me is collecting on unemployed people or people who haven't paid their account for more than four months because at that time they are close to getting handed over for legal action.

Best learning curve
My typical work day is always the best because I'm always ready for my job ,and having the best relationship with my co-workers makes my job enjoyable ,everyday I learn new things but what I have learnt the most is to always be a team player for the success of either you or the company that you work for I enjoy educating the customer or giving out product knowledge because that shows willingness to assist .The most challenging part of my job is working night shift .
