Yearly review and incentives

Monthly reviews with team leader and yearly reviews with management that is with company. Scored based on adherence, talk time, quality and call average and call handling which I reach all the time.

Pros: Good working environment with good teamwork and workers engaged in developments within a company.
Cons: Rotational hours and can be challenging

Excellent working environment

The culture and environment i very excellent and very professional it is the place that anyone would like to work there. Helping clients who needs money make me feel better that i managed to assist people to complete their loans and once the application is complete they become very happy. The management is very good they put themselves into the worker shoes give us the best support and guidance wherever is needed
