Take calls assist customers. Assist new advisors. Taking escalations (calls others cannot handle) Time and again do paper work. They expect alot from you, I think that we have an extremely poor management system in place. Managers are managers by luck and not hard work, knowledge base and dedication. I would honestly like to grow in this company however it's difficult to achieve where stats are concerned because you are only but a number to them. If the number didn't match up, you don't match up. I believe that I was destined for greater good at this company however the company policy does not allow you to dispute your number.

Learning curve

excellent communcation with co workers due to my admin backgrouns, team leader uses me for all his administration duties assist junior advisors with their call queries assist cuatomers with their cellphone bill queries very little room for growth no salary increases, no matter how well you perform your duties and how long you've been with the company.

Pros: interact with different people from various cultures and countries
Cons: long working hours, no room for growth
