Thorough training and skills development

It gets busy at times and requires one to be emotionally intelligent when dealing with irate customers. The working environment is most if the time conducive. Just like any company, there are challenges at times. The room to grow is there through Connect classes, to equip you and develop you as an individual. I mostly enjoy the unity amongst us as colleagues, and the eagerness to assist juniors. The most challenging aspects of the job is protecting the customer'a data at all times.

Pros: Great exposure in the Telecommunications industry
Cons: Minimal room for growth
