I work well with my team. I keep them highly motivated and on they toes. We get the work done weather it's in a team or individually. Time management is very important to me, I value People who respect time of the work place.

Pros: It would be a great opportunity to change the work environment
Cons: I don't mind working retail hours I am used to tbem

Very challenging workplace

Well the staff there is very nice and friendly but the owners of the company they are so arrogant. If they are done with you they just fire you jist like that, they dont even follow the right procedures. But hey working there was a big challenge and that made me stronger.

Pros: No opportunities
Cons: Long hours less pay

I'm fast leaner

I'm hard worker concentrate and I am good listening im respect my job and I'm capable of doing anything .my job now at capital fashion im team leader shop assistance every thing just doing fine shop running smooth no loss every thing is up to date we respecting the customer wish we don't fight we as staff they just follow my orders

Excellent learninv

Capital Fashion is a small retail company that has taught me alot expercially dealing with different kinds of customers learning to understand them and treat them in a polite manner. The working enviroment was polite, and has taught me alot like improved my maths skills and being helpful to every customers needs. I have enjoyed working for the company because it gave us rewards whenever we worked hard which it has been a habit for me to work hard and perfom very well. The staff was very friendly and worked very closely with them.

It was a nice experience

working at capital was for long working hours. some customers were great and others you just had to understand that not all people are the same. my realationship with my co- workers was great , they loved having me around and i also loved having them around. i have learnt on ways to talk with different people becuase not all people are the same. i enjoyed getting to know new people each and every day .
