I wore many hats and always helpful when needed and sometimes voluntarily.

It was very energetic environment and also fast paced as it was a hotel, there was always need to think on your feet always because we dealt with people face to face. Always maintained a high level of professionalism while at the same time warming up friendliness. I always put on my respect, loyalty and team work jacket everyday to work and I will always spread it everywhere I go.

Pros: Room for growth within the company
Cons: Long working hours

Came from other hotels with my experience

I am a dedicated person to my job, the type of person who is a team player,in this industry i have also learned that i have to be patient and be a person who can solve a problem at anytime coz am working with guest some are very difficult.
